The versatility of winter rye for food plots is incredible! From layered
rye graze resistant northern hunting plots to food plot plot salvage to
an explosion of green food source volume enhancement, rye grain is the
only choice that covers all areas. Rye grain (not rye grass!) is an
annual planting power source for whitetail plots whether you planned to
use it or not. Not to be confused with the noxious weed of perennial rye
grass varieties, Fall rye can be used to greatly enhance your food plot
program, while providing a high quality and useful form of food plot
attraction and nutrition, when whitetails need it the most. After using
rye to enhance and build my annual whitetail food plots since 1999, here
are my favorite ways to use rye to your advantage...as well as for the
benefit of whitetails in numerous ways. Make sure to try winter rye for
