"In this video I discuss why the suggestion for the public not to wear masks in the midst of a probable pandemic is irresponsible and dangerous especially for high risk groups. Obviously they don't offer 100% protection, but its better than nothing IF USED PROPERLY. Masks do not have to give people a false sense of confidence if they are fully educated about their capabilities."
